SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are typically dispatched within 3 - 7 business days of order confirmation. As many of our pieces are handcrafted or made in limited quantities, certain orders may require additional processing time.


 

How long will delivery take?

Within India: Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International Orders: Standard delivery typically takes 14–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.

Express international shipping is available on request at an additional charge. Please contact our team before placing your order to check availability.

Please note that deliveries to remote or non-serviceable locations may take longer than the estimated timelines.


 

Do you offer free shipping in India?

Yes. We offer complimentary standard shipping across India on all orders.


 

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available on eligible orders up to ₹17,000.

A flat fee of ₹150 applies to all COD orders.

Orders above ₹17,000 must be prepaid.


 

Is International shipping free?

We offer complimentary international shipping on orders above USD 70.

For international orders below USD 70, a flat shipping fee of ₹1,000 is applicable.


 

Do COD orders require confirmation?

Yes. All COD orders must be confirmed before dispatch.

You may receive an automated call, SMS, WhatsApp message, or email requesting confirmation. If confirmation is not received, our team may contact you directly.

Unconfirmed COD orders will be cancelled at ANATINA's discretion.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in future orders being accepted on a prepaid basis only.


 

Can I request express shipping?

Yes. Express shipping may be available on select products and locations at an additional charge.

Please contact us before placing your order or before your order has been dispatched.


 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

International orders are fulfilled through trusted logistics partners based on destination and serviceability.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, customs clearance timelines vary by country and are beyond our control. Customs authorities may occasionally hold packages for inspection, which can result in extended delivery timelines.

In some cases, customs processing can take up to eight weeks. For prolonged delays, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly, as we are unable to communicate with customs authorities on a customer's behalf.


 

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Any duties and taxes included by ANATINA at checkout are covered within your final order value.

If additional charges are imposed by local customs authorities beyond the original shipment arrangement, they are payable by the recipient.


 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, but only before your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, address change is not possible.


 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Customised, personalised, or bespoke orders may not be eligible for cancellation after confirmation.


 

How will my order be packaged?

Every ANATINA order is carefully packed in our signature packaging, including:

• ANATINA wooden keepsake box
• Protective dust pouch
• Care card
• Secure protective packaging for transit

Gift packaging and personalised gift notes are available at an additional cost.


 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.


 

What should I do if my package arrives damaged or tampered with?

If your package appears opened, damaged, tampered with, or compromised at the time of delivery, please do not accept it.

Customers are advised to refuse delivery of any visibly damaged or tampered package and notify ANATINA immediately.

If a damaged or tampered package is accepted at the time of delivery, ANATINA shall not be liable for any resulting damage, missing items, replacement, refund, or compensation.

If you receive a package that appears intact but discover an issue after opening it, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs, and a complete unedited unboxing video.


 

What if I receive the wrong item or something is missing?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A complete unedited unboxing video

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.


 

Why do I need an unboxing video?

For any claim related to transit damage, missing items, incorrect products, or packaging concerns, a continuous unedited unboxing video helps us investigate and resolve the issue fairly and efficiently.


 

What happens if I enter the wrong shipping details?

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and other delivery details are accurate before placing your order.

ANATINA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or parcels delivered to an incorrect address resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details, the parcel will go through the Return to Origin (RTO) process, which typically takes at least 2 weeks.

We can arrange to reship your order only after it has been received back at our facility. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.


 

Are high-value orders verified?

For security purposes, ANATINA may request additional verification for certain orders before dispatch.
