RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Every ANATINA piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Slight variations in finish, texture, natural stones, pearls, handcrafted detailing, and colour are an inherent part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Do you accept returns?
No. As each ANATINA piece is handcrafted, all purchases are final.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND
Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, subject to approval by our Quality Control team.
Do you offer refunds?
No. ANATINA does not offer refunds.
If a replacement is unavailable, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a store credit or refund after reviewing your claim.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us assess your request, please provide:
a) Your order number
b) Clear photographs of the product and its packaging
c) A complete, unedited unboxing video (strongly recommended and may be required in certain cases)
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved by our Quality Control team, we will arrange for the product to be returned for inspection. If the claim is validated, a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference.
If you believe you've received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll be happy to assist you.
When will a replacement request be declined?
Replacement requests may be declined if:
The request is submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.
The product has been worn, altered, repaired, mishandled, or damaged after delivery.
The original packaging, tags, certificates, or accessories are missing.
Sufficient evidence, including an unedited unboxing video (where requested), cannot be provided.
The concern relates to natural variations in handcrafted jewellery, including stones, pearls, textures, finishes, or colour.
Damage is caused by improper storage, misuse, accidental impact, exposure to water, perfumes, chemicals, or normal wear and tear.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on ANATINA's part, we will arrange and bear the cost of the return shipment and replacement delivery.
For any other approved return requests, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
As every ANATINA piece is handcrafted and production or processing begins shortly after order confirmation, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests. We kindly request that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
