Yes. Every ANATINA piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Jaipur using traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design. Slight variations in texture, finish, stones, and detailing are a natural part of the handmade process, making each piece one of a kind.
What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is crafted using premium-quality brass and finished with 18K gold plating. Material specifications for each design are mentioned on the respective product page.
Will the gold plating fade over time?
Our jewellery is finished with premium-quality 18K gold plating. Like all plated jewellery, the finish will naturally develop wear over time depending on use and care. Following our jewellery care recommendations will help preserve its finish for longer.
Why doesn't my piece look exactly like the website photographs?
Every ANATINA piece is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans. As a result, slight variations in natural stones, pearls, textures, finishes, and handcrafted detailing are to be expected. These subtle differences make each piece uniquely yours and are a testament to its artisanal craftsmanship.
Additionally, while we make every effort to ensure our photographs accurately represent each piece, slight variations in colour may occur due to professional lighting, photography, image editing, and differences in individual screen displays.
These natural and visual variations are not considered defects but are an inherent part of handcrafted jewellery.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Store your jewellery in the dust pouch provided, keep it away from moisture and chemicals, and wipe it gently with a soft cloth after each wear. Proper care will help maintain its finish and longevity. Please read the detailed care instructions here
Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Our jewellery is lead and nickel free, making it suitable for most skin types. If you have highly sensitive skin, we recommend reviewing the material details listed on each product page before purchasing.

Yes. We offer customisations on select existing designs, subject to feasibility, material availability, and production timelines.
We also undertake bespoke design commissions for clients looking to create a completely new piece. Every bespoke project begins with a consultation, following which our team will guide you through the design process, pricing, and estimated timelines.
Do you offer personalised gifting?

Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely. Gift packaging, personalised gift notes, and gifting add-ons are available at checkout.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India for orders up to ₹17,000. COD convenience fee of ₹150 COD is applicable to all COD orders.

REPAIRS & WARRANTY FAQs
Does ANATINA offer a warranty?
Yes. All ANATINA jewellery is covered against manufacturing defects for 6 Months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Do you offer replating?
Yes. Replating is available for most ANATINA designs. Charges and timelines vary depending on the piece and its condition.
